Accounts Administrator & Office Support

About the role

The classic car parts service club is seeking an Accounts Administrator to provide comprehensive financial administration and office support on a part‑time basis. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records and smooth day‑to‑day office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices, receipts and payments, maintaining up‑to‑date accounts payable and receivable records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Maintain financial ledgers, filing systems and member transaction histories.
• Prepare basic financial reports and assist with budgeting activities.
• Provide general office support, including handling correspondence, data entry and document management.
• Assist members with enquiries related to billing and account status.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an accounts or administrative role, preferably in a service‑oriented environment.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within part‑time hours.
• Good communication skills for internal and member interactions.
