About the role

OCTA Flow is building an AI‑driven workspace for accounting firms and needs professionals who have lived the day‑to‑day accounting grind. As an Accounting Workflow Specialist you will run, test, and refine the core workflows that power our platform, ensuring they are reliable and efficient for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor recurring accounting workflows in a real‑world environment.
• Pressure‑test the AI‑driven processes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape features based on hands‑on experience.
• Document best practices and help create training material for future users.

Required profile

• Professional experience in an accounting firm, bookkeeping practice, audit team, or outsourced finance function.
• Held titles such as Accountant, Senior Accountant, Bookkeeper, Audit Associate, Tax Consultant, AP/AR Specialist, or Finance Operations.
• Familiarity with monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, Sage, and advanced Excel.
