Account Manager

About the role

Based in Auckland, the Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of commercial customers within AA’s Mobility team. The role focuses on building strong, long‑term relationships, understanding client business needs and driving revenue growth across existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customers in the mobility sector.
• Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities to improve performance and increase revenue.
• Support contract renewals and promote AA’s commercial offerings, including the glass product portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Operations, Finance, Customer Experience and Data & Analytics to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Act as a trusted partner, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Required profile

• Commercially minded with proven experience managing B2B accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to grow revenue within existing customers.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
• Data‑driven decision maker with a curious, critical‑thinking mindset.
• Experience in fleet, vehicle leasing, insurance, automotive or related B2B services is highly regarded.
