Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will be the main point of contact for key Bunnings clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and help expand our business within existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary contact for all account‑related matters.
• Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts and collaborate with internal teams to deliver suitable solutions.
• Monitor account performance, analyse sales data and develop action plans to achieve targets.
• Address client concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance and market trends.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product, service and industry developments to provide informed advice.

• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with new customers.
• Proven success in a sales role.
