About the role
Stuff is seeking an energetic Account Manager to drive new business and grow existing client relationships across Christchurch and the wider Canterbury region. You will act as a trusted marketing partner, helping local businesses leverage Stuff’s audience, data and advertising solutions to achieve measurable results.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with businesses, becoming their go‑to marketing advisor.
- Prospect, network and identify new business opportunities in the local market.
- Develop and present tailored marketing and advertising proposals, managing the full sales cycle from initial conversation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Use audience insights and market data to craft solutions that meet client objectives.
- Track campaign performance, report ROI and ensure client satisfaction.
- Represent Stuff at events, industry gatherings and community networking activities.
Required profile
- Passion for sales and relationship building with a hunter mindset.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to spot opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Resilient, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
