About the role

We are seeking a driven, relationship‑focused Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of existing customers across INNERGY’s cloud‑based ERP suite for custom manufacturers. You will strengthen partnerships, expand product adoption, drive renewals and uncover new value‑adding opportunities while collaborating closely with Customer Success to maximise outcomes and reduce churn.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts across our suite of products.
  • Drive upsell opportunities through license expansion, additional modules, feature adoption, and service enhancements.
  • Identify and execute cross‑sell opportunities by introducing complementary solutions such as Payroll, Analytics and other add‑on services.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and act as a strategic partner aligned to their business goals.
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans that align INNERGY solutions to customer priorities, initiatives and KPIs.
  • Understand customer objectives, operational challenges and growth opportunities to position value‑driven solutions.
  • Partner with customers to support long‑term adoption and success across the platform.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in B2B account management or sales.
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic account plans and drive revenue growth.
