Account Manager – Eats SMB (Sales Plan)

About the role
You will drive growth for Uber Eats by managing and expanding relationships with high‑value mid‑market restaurant partners across New Zealand. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will ensure partners get the most out of the Uber platform.
Key responsibilities
- Lead post‑deal partner management for a portfolio of top mid‑market restaurant partners.
- Own relationships to achieve measurable revenue growth and high retention.
- Communicate the Uber Eats value proposition and help partners leverage the full suite of Uber products.
- Design and execute growth initiatives, collaborating cross‑functionally with internal teams.
- Set, track, and report performance metrics while educating partners on best‑in‑class operations.
- Contribute to a strong, collaborative New Zealand team culture.
Required profile
- Solid account‑management fundamentals with experience leading value‑led discussions at scale.
- Excellent time‑management skills to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong negotiation abilities to create win‑win outcomes.
- Proficient data‑analysis capability to source, interpret, and share insights.
