Account Manager – Customer Relationships & Business Development

About the role

The Account Manager will manage customer relationships across CreditWorks' client base, focusing on retention, account development and new business acquisition. This hands‑on role blends account management, customer onboarding and business development activities, working closely with customers, prospects and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and act as the primary relationship contact.
• Develop an understanding of customer requirements, business objectives and challenges.
• Oversee onboarding and implementation of new customers.
• Conduct customer reviews, training sessions and product demonstrations.
• Promote and support the use of CreditWorks products and services.
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts through additional products, services and solutions.
• Manage customer retention and account renewal activities.
• Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate outcomes with internal teams.
• Assist in progressing sales opportunities from initial enquiry through acquisition and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to qualify, progress and convert new business opportunities.
