Account Manager – Client Success (APAC)

About the role

Vistar Media, the world’s largest digital out‑of‑home advertising marketplace, is looking for an Account Manager to join its APAC Client Success team. The role will support both managed and self‑service advertising campaigns for top‑tier brands and agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage demand‑side clients across managed and self‑service buys, ensuring campaign success.
• Understand and articulate Vistar Media’s platform and product offerings to meet client objectives.
• Respond to RFPs and develop comprehensive media plans for existing and prospective clients.
• Partner with Sales to define client goals, deliverables, and asset management.
• Drive platform adoption through training, onboarding, and ongoing support for self‑service clients.
• Communicate with agencies, brands, DSPs, internal teams and external vendors as needed.
• Upsell and renew contracts with innovative solutions focused on retention and growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and enhance product capabilities.
• Produce quarterly business reviews and client‑facing reporting decks with insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4‑6 years of client success experience in the media or advertising industry.
• Proven experience with the programmatic ecosystem, real‑time bidding, DSPs, SSPs and DMPs.
• Strong understanding of ad‑tech, media buying, planning, ad operations and trafficking.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, startup‑like environments.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
