Account Manager – Advertising Agency

About the role

The Account Manager will drive bold advertising campaigns from concept through to delivery for Boxer’s clients in Auckland. You will act as the central hub between clients, creative teams and production, ensuring projects stay on brief, on budget and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end campaign management, from initial brief and budgeting to final delivery.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to push brands to be braver and create work that cuts through the noise.
• Lead client meetings and presentations, representing Boxer’s capabilities and strategic vision.
• Monitor project performance, manage timelines and ensure financial targets are met.

Required profile

• Proven experience in agency account management or client services within advertising or marketing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative Auckland environment.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
