About the role
This 12‑month intensive graduate programme offers recent graduates the chance to experience all facets of DHL Supply Chain’s operations in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. You will work on‑site in Mount Wellington, Auckland, gaining hands‑on exposure to logistics, transport and supply‑chain processes.
Key responsibilities
- Rotate through multiple departments to understand end‑to‑end supply‑chain activities.
- Support daily warehouse operations and assist in process optimisation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on projects that improve efficiency.
- Participate in data‑driven analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
Required profile
- Recent graduate with a strong interest in logistics and supply chain.
- Ambitious, creative and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Eager to develop leadership skills and become a future business leader.
