100% Remote Digital Account Manager (Web based)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to lead web‑based projects for our growing organisation. Working 100 % remotely, you will design, implement and evaluate digital solutions while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own testing, research and rollout of new tools and techniques for web projects.
• Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with expense planning and budgeting for digital initiatives.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing web‑based projects.
• Familiarity with Scrum or Agile methodologies (a plus).
• Sales or upselling experience is advantageous.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
