About the role

As a Travel Expert at Flight Centre in Birkenhead, you will help customers design and book memorable trips. The position blends research, itinerary planning and personalised advice while working within a supportive, energetic team.

Key responsibilities

• Create customised itineraries that turn customers' travel dreams into reality.
• Recommend and sell a range of products including flights, accommodation, cruises, tours and travel insurance.
• Provide attentive, respectful service that makes each customer feel valued.
• Operate the company’s booking systems, generate invoices and manage reservations.
• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive selling.
• Maintain organised workflows and multitask between front‑of‑house interactions and back‑office tasks.
