Territory Manager – Northland Region

About the role

Join Rentokil Initial’s Whangārei team as a Territory Manager covering the Northland region. You will sell across the Hygiene, Pest and Ambius divisions, building strong relationships and driving growth for a market‑leading global business services company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain successful business relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Provide customers with information on new products, services, compliance requirements and market developments.
• Identify and pursue solution‑based service opportunities within the territory.
• Manage key accounts, analyse contracts and uncover sales potential.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the portfolio across all three divisions.

Required profile

• Proven B2B and direct sales experience, preferably in account management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to identify gaps, build call cycles and manage time effectively.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales budgets.
• Independent, self‑motivated and comfortable working on the road.

Required skills

• Intermediate computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
