Team Leader (Store Manager) – Christchurch

About the role

EdenSleep is seeking a motivated Team Leader to manage its Christchurch store. You will lead a small, dynamic team, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of sleep‑health solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales targets and high service standards.
• Maintain the clinic’s presentation, including stock management, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep.
• Handle client follow‑up, prepare reports, and ensure accurate trial equipment processing.
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry training.
• Collaborate with the National Sales Manager and liaise with third‑party partners as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing performance, training, and development of a retail or sales team.
• Background in retail, sales, customer service, or healthcare environments.
• Ability to recruit, motivate, and lead a team through change.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
