Talent Acquisition Partner – New Zealand

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will provide end‑to‑end recruitment support across New Zealand, with occasional assistance for the wider APAC region. You will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract and secure top talent across engineering, consulting and architecture disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Determine recruitment requirements and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Monitor recruitment forecasts and cultivate talent pools for critical segments.
• Source candidates using networks and online tools, ensuring a diverse pipeline.
• Design and implement talent attraction strategies that promote diversity and inclusion.
• Partner with the People team on talent pathways, succession planning and retention initiatives.
• Support global mobility and guide the business through evolving talent acquisition processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years experience in an internal or agency recruitment role within engineering, consulting or architecture.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder‑management abilities and a consultative, proactive partnership approach.
• Commitment to diversity, inclusion and building a diverse talent pool.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with the LiveHire recruitment platform.
