Staff Software Engineer - AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our DataAnnotation team as an AI Trainer. In this fully remote position you will create and solve coding challenges that help train state-of-the-art AI models, with a focus on Android development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and document diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, especially in Kotlin for Android.
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations for each problem.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, performance and readability.
• Provide constructive feedback that directly influences the next generation of AI models.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Preferred experience with Kotlin; proficiency in at least one of JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java or Swift.
• Excellent written communication and grammar skills.
• Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience as a software developer, coder or engineer is a plus.
