About the role
Grow your IT career while supporting technology that keeps vital healthcare services running. Evolution Healthcare is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for its Auckland CBD office. You will work hands‑on across a multi‑site environment, providing first‑line support to end users and ensuring critical systems remain operational.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑level technical support and troubleshooting for users.
- Administer and maintain IT systems and applications.
- Install and configure hardware and software across the organisation.
- Manage service requests, track tickets and meet agreed SLAs.
- Participate in a rostered on‑call schedule to support after‑hours incidents.
Required profile
- IT degree or relevant certification.
- Previous experience in IT support or service‑desk roles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Email, SharePoint) – a plus.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving mindset.
