Service Consultant

About the role

As a Service Consultant at ANZ, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and handling their financial transactions efficiently. You will identify additional customer needs and refer them to the appropriate sales channels, contributing to the overall financial wellbeing of our community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer interactions in line with ANZ service standards.
• Process customer transactions quickly and accurately, using tools such as NBC to understand customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships within the team to achieve collective goals.
• Manage cash handling duties, including cash deliveries, repatriation, and teller cash requirements.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies, maintaining appropriate cash holdings.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus.
• Relationship management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of compliance (preferred).
• Some sales experience (preferred).
• Computer literacy.
