Senior System Engineer

About the role

Ayone Computers is seeking a Senior System Engineer to lead the delivery of high‑quality IT services for its growing client base. The role combines advanced technical support, solution design, and client‑focused service to ensure systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 remote and on‑site technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Assess client requirements, prepare quotes, and provision products, services, and solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the design and implementation of technical solutions.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and manage IT services, including M365 compliance and patching.
• Maintain accurate client documentation, asset inventories, and infrastructure records.
• Offer advanced technical guidance to team members and handle escalations as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Engineer, preferably with relevant certifications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client‑service mindset.
• Proven ability to make decisions based on timeframes, objectives, risks, and costs.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently.

Required skills

• Windows operating system administration.
• Microsoft 365 suite, including M365 CoPilot and AI tools.
• Azure Active Directory and Intune management.
• Azure cloud services.
• Hardware troubleshooting and software deployment.
• System patching, compliance, and monitoring.
