Senior Studio Designer

About the role

Colenso is seeking a Senior Studio Designer to transform approved creative concepts into polished, production‑ready assets. You will work across a wide range of brands and channels, ensuring high‑quality execution for print, digital, social, out‑of‑home and presentation materials.

Key responsibilities

• Translate creative direction into detailed design layouts and final assets.
• Produce print‑ready files, digital assets and social media creatives.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Design Directors, producers and client service teams to maintain consistency and accuracy.
• Manage rollout workflows and technical file delivery for multiple projects.
• Support studio processes and contribute to agency‑wide quality standards.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in an agency, production or design environment.
• Strong visual craftsmanship with excellent typography, layout and presentation design skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive problem‑solver with solid production knowledge for both print and digital channels.
• Effective collaborator who works well with creative, production and client service teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong capability with Figma for digital design work.
• Experience in print production and digital asset creation.
• Knowledge of rollout workflows and technical file preparation.
