Senior Interior Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to lead client‑centric, creative interior design projects across workplace, retail, hospitality and aged‑care environments. The role involves developing high‑standard concepts, producing drawings and presentations, and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop innovative interior design solutions tailored to client needs.
• Create detailed drawings, sketches, graphics and oral presentations.
• Meet with clients and stakeholders at all levels to take briefs, provide advice and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, maintaining documentation and project timelines.
• Collaborate with studio teams to support documentation and project delivery.

Required profile

• Previous interior design experience in New Zealand.
• Proven ability to run projects end‑to‑end with direct client contact.
• Experience across workplace, retail and hospitality sectors.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑end design and documentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with other studios.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD.
