SAP P2P Senior Consultant / Manager

About the role

Deloitte is looking for an experienced SAP P2P Senior Consultant or Manager to join its New Zealand team, preferably in Wellington or Auckland. The role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP solutions for asset‑intensive and manufacturing clients, with visa support for eligible candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements, prepare documentation, design end‑to‑end solutions and lead deployment.
• Collaborate with business SMEs, architects, developers and vendor consultants to review processes and propose enhancements.
• Configure complex SAP settings, produce related documentation, and manage WRICEF objects.
• Translate functional specifications into technical designs, create test plans, and execute unit and integration testing.
• Participate in testing cycles, lead root‑cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Contribute to RFP responses, presales discussions and system demonstrations.

Required profile

• 12‑16 years of SAP experience, including 8+ years in SAP Procurement within asset‑intensive or manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and proactive learning attitude.
