Sales Executive – Luxury Automotive

About the role

Ebbett Prestige Tauranga is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its luxury automotive showroom on Helwetts Road. You will represent premium brands such as Jaguar Land Rover, Volvo and Polestar, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and present suitable vehicle options.
• Achieve and exceed personal and dealership sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Maintain accurate records in the dealership management system and follow manufacturer sales guidelines.
• Collaborate with the finance and service teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and dealership events.

Required profile

• Proven track record of sales achievements, preferably in luxury vehicle sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a high‑performance work ethic.
• Full, clean driver’s licence.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Dealer Management System (DMS) software.
• Basic understanding of finance and insurance (F&I) processes – advantageous but not essential.
