About the role
Deel is looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive top‑of‑funnel growth for its Enterprise segment across Australia and New Zealand. In this role you will prospect, engage and qualify new business opportunities, helping to build a robust pipeline for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting via email, phone, social channels, events and campaigns.
- Identify, research and qualify prospective enterprise clients (2000+ employees) in the ANZ region.
- Understand prospect needs, educate them on Deel’s payroll and HR platform, and create qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and pipeline status in the CRM.
- Collaborate with account executives and marketing to align messaging and improve conversion rates.

- Strong communication and curiosity with a proven ability to engage senior decision‑makers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth SaaS environment.
- Self‑motivated and results‑oriented with a focus on meeting activity and qualification targets.
