About the role

We are looking for experienced recruiters to join our global platform on a remote basis. You will have immediate access to live client vacancies worldwide and earn a placement fee of $3,000‑$11,000 for each successful hire.

Key responsibilities

• Search and source qualified candidates for active global vacancies.
• Submit candidate profiles into hiring processes through the RecXchange platform.
• Collaborate with other independent recruiters on shared opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and follow up throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Achieve placement targets to earn the advertised fees.
