Registered Nurse – Full‑time, Whanganui

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to join Broadview Lifecare in Whanganui. You will work in an 85‑bed care home and hospital, providing high‑quality nursing care to residents across five service levels, including a mental health recovery unit.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of dedicated caregivers to deliver excellent resident care.
• Develop, implement and monitor individual care plans.
• Conduct clinical assessments and ensure accurate documentation.
• Build lasting relationships with residents, families and general practitioners.
• Support clinical services and care home managers in daily operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in New Zealand or overseas.
• Current Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Genuine passion for caring for people and a collaborative team spirit.
• Commitment to health and safety and continuous improvement.
