Registered Nurse – Full‑time, Whanganui

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to join Broadview Lifecare in Whanganui. You will work in an 85‑bed care home and hospital environment, providing high‑quality nursing care to residents across five service levels, including a Mental Health Recovery unit.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of caregivers to deliver safe, compassionate care.
• Develop, review and monitor individual care plans.
• Conduct clinical assessments and document findings.
• Build lasting relationships with residents, families and general practitioners.
• Support Clinical Services and Care Home Managers in daily operations.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification with recent experience in New Zealand or overseas.
• Current Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Genuine passion for caring for older adults and a collaborative team spirit.

Required skills

• Current APC (Annual Practising Certificate).
