Registered Nurse – Full‑time Rotational Shifts

About the role

Join the friendly team at King Island Hospital and Health Centre as a Registered Nurse. You will deliver high‑quality acute, chronic, community and emergency care while working in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, clinically appropriate nursing care across a range of services.
• Deliver emergency department and acute care interventions.
• Support patients, families and other health professionals to achieve optimal health outcomes.
• Delegate and supervise Enrolled Nurses (EN) and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) as required.

Required profile

• Demonstrated clinical experience in an Emergency Department and Acute Care setting.
• Aged care experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Capability to provide direction and delegation to EN and PCA staff.

• Salary range $80,524 – $109,175 per annum plus 12% superannuation.
• Post‑graduate allowance up to 10% of base salary.
