Quality Technician Specialist

About the role

The Quality Technician Specialist will lead and support quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) activities at our Wiri manufacturing site. This position ensures product integrity, food safety and regulatory compliance while fostering a strong quality culture across the operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead QC and QA projects to maintain product quality and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer and internal requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in QC execution and QA systems.
• Support manufacturing operations by providing timely quality insights.
• Promote a proactive quality culture throughout the site.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Experience working autonomously in both QC and QA environments.
• Background in retail, FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
• Highly organised, proactive and solutions‑focused.
• Alignment with company core values and commitment to teamwork.

Required skills

• IQOQ (Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification) experience.
• CIP (Clean‑In‑Place) validation expertise.
• Analytical validation knowledge.
