Quality and Compliance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to lead our Auckland site, reporting to the Site Operations Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing quality, food safety and compliance programmes, ensuring alignment with GFSI, HACCP, RMP, FSSC 22000, MPI and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and maintain site quality, food safety and compliance systems.
• Manage internal and external audits, corrective actions and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor quality performance.
• Lead, develop and mentor the Quality & Compliance team.
• Ensure products consistently meet customer and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality and compliance leadership within manufacturing or dairy.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, RMP, GFSI/FSSC 22000 and food safety systems.
• Experience managing audits, investigations and corrective actions.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Relevant qualifications in quality, food science or related technical fields preferred.
