Production Operator

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Production Operator to join our small, friendly team at our Mount Maunganui facility. The role involves shift work on a rotating 12‑hour schedule, supporting our functional fruit and ingredient production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing and equipment calibration.
• Operate process equipment and automated packing machines.
• Carry out general packing duties and label generation using computer systems.
• Operate a forklift to load and unload materials.
• Load, mix, and handle ingredients safely.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation.
• Team player with a "can‑do" attitude.
• Physically fit, enthusiastic and willing to work shifts.
• Ambitious and interested in developing within the business.

What we offer
