Platform Specialist – M365, SharePoint & Power Platform

About the role

The Platform Specialist provides technical expertise and ongoing support to the Applications Support team, focusing on Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. You will work closely with business users, technical stakeholders and external suppliers to diagnose issues and ensure smooth platform operation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and develop M365, SharePoint and Power Platform solutions in collaboration with internal business teams.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, from gathering business requirements to delivery and support.
• Provide fault diagnosis and technical support for both custom‑built and platform components.
• Collaborate with external suppliers to integrate third‑party tools and services.

Required profile

• Proven experience migrating data with ShareGate or similar tools, especially from legacy systems to SharePoint Online.
• Strong expertise in Power BI administration and Power Platform governance, configuration and maintenance.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting to automate Microsoft 365 administrative tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview for data governance, compliance and information protection (advantage).
