About the role
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will provide high‑quality, service‑driven administrative support across all People & Culture processes. The role ensures a seamless employee experience through accurate documentation, strong systems management, and excellent service delivery to leaders and their teams.
Key responsibilities
- Employee lifecycle: manage onboarding and off‑boarding, prepare employment documentation and keep employee records up to date.
- Systems administration: maintain People & Culture systems, ensure data accuracy, manage access and provide user support.
- Recruitment support: assist with end‑to‑end recruitment, create adverts, coordinate candidates and handle system administration.
- Reporting & compliance: keep employee data current, support compliance requirements, assist with audits and remediation activities.
- General & wellbeing support: coordinate wellbeing initiatives and provide administrative assistance for P&C projects and activities.
Required profile
- Proven administrative experience with high attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, preferably with experience using HR systems.
- Excellent organisation and time‑management abilities.
- Experience working in busy environments handling high volumes of manual tasks.
- Customer‑focused, service‑oriented approach with strong communication and collaborative mindset.
- Interest or some experience in People & Culture practices is an advantage.
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
