Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert to join our team on a contract basis. This remote position focuses on reviewing and improving logistics documentation, optimizing supply‑chain workflows, and supporting quality‑assurance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and validate logistics documents such as packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers for authenticity, accuracy, and compliance.
• Develop annotated sample documentation that showcases industry best practices.
• Assess current supply‑chain processes and recommend practical improvements based on real‑world experience.
• Provide detailed feedback on logistics scenarios, emphasizing document structure and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with project teams to clarify requirements and explain complex logistics concepts clearly.
• Participate in QA processes by validating the relevance and correctness of supply‑chain data sets.
• Contribute to the creation of training materials that reflect current industry standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in logistics and supply‑chain management, especially with packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• Strong understanding of global logistics workflows and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Meticulous attention to detail and proven analytical abilities.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
