Lead Business Analyst

About the role

As a Lead Business Analyst in ANZ's Delivery and Change Centre of Excellence, you will drive the end‑to‑end business analysis of complex change initiatives. You will partner with business and delivery stakeholders to shape solutions, ensure high‑quality requirements, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Business Analysis practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support for business analysis activities across projects and programmes.
• Direct business analysts, assign and track tasks, and peer‑review artefacts.
• Identify and clear blockers for the BA team, escalating issues when necessary.
• Adopt and adapt Business Analyst methods and tools throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and manage the business analysis approach, including work estimates and input for project plans.
• Ensure consistent, high‑standard delivery of BA work across the team.
• Provide advice and validate requirements to meet stakeholder needs.

• Proven experience leading business analysis in complex, multi‑project environments.
