Junior Project Manager (Remote – New Zealand)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Project Manager to join our fully remote team in New Zealand. In this entry‑level position you will support the planning, execution and tracking of cross‑functional projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling and monitoring project tasks and milestones.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to achieve timely delivery of deliverables.
• Communicate project status, risks and updates to stakeholders.
• Support resource allocation, documentation and regular project reporting.
• Identify and propose process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.

Required profile

• Junior / Associate level (0–3 years of experience, internships included).
• Experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Clear communication skills with technical and non‑technical teams.
• Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment.
• Fluent English and legal authorization to work full‑time in New Zealand.

Required skills

• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello or Monday.com.
