About the role
This 12‑month position supports a large‑scale, multi‑year transformation programme aimed at improving outcomes, experience, and organisational capability. You will work within a central transformation function, helping to coordinate and deliver key initiatives across the education sector.
Key responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end planning and execution of education‑focused initiatives.
- Coordinate cross‑functional delivery across business, finance, data, and operational teams.
- Maintain project plans, track risks, issues, dependencies, and produce regular status reports.
- Assist governance processes and provide decision‑making inputs.
- Drive delivery readiness through process design, communications, and rollout planning.
- Monitor progress and sustain momentum across multiple workstreams.
Required profile
- Intermediate‑level Project Manager or strong Project Coordinator ready to step up.
- Proven experience in cross‑functional project delivery within complex environments.
- Excellent coordination, planning, and organisational abilities.
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and aligning workstreams.
- Experience tracking risks, issues, and reporting progress.
- Clear communication skills and ability to translate direction into action.
