Intermediate Creative

About the role

As an Intermediate Creative you will develop and deliver global campaigns across digital, print, social and event collateral. Working within the Brand and Creative team you will help shape Gallagher Security’s brand identity and produce standout creative work that challenges the status quo in the security industry.

Key responsibilities

• Generate original ideas and concepts in response to briefs.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative workshops.
• Design and execute high‑quality creative assets for campaigns, ads, promotions and event materials.
• Apply strong design fundamentals – layout, typography, colour, visual hierarchy.
• Present and articulate creative concepts confidently to stakeholders.
• Maintain and evolve the Gallagher Security brand across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and global partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a creative role (agency or in‑house).
• Tertiary qualification in design, advertising, marketing or a related field.
• Passion for creative problem‑solving and high‑quality execution.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Confidence presenting ideas and collaborating across functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Strong graphic design capability with attention to detail.
• Experience delivering multi‑channel campaign assets.
