Human Resources Advisor – HR Shared Services

About the role

This role offers variety, challenge and the opportunity to broaden your HR experience within a global healthcare leader. You will provide consistent HR advice and support to managers, employees and the wider HR team as the first point of contact for HR advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance on the interpretation of agreements, policies, procedures and legislation.
• Work with managers and employees to resolve day‑to‑day people issues.
• Draft, review and approve employment agreements, variations and general employment letters.
• Support company‑wide HR initiatives and projects.
• Act as an escalation point for HR Administrators, offering guidance as needed.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to streamline and enhance HR processes.

Required profile

• HR‑related tertiary qualification.
• 2–3 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in a large or unionised environment and within an HR Shared Services team.
• Customer‑focused mindset with high attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships at all organisational levels.

Required skills

• Experience using an HRIS, specifically SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to analyse data and generate insights using Power BI.
