Housekeeper

About the role

Oceania is seeking a casual Housekeeper to join the team at its Elmwood village in Manurewa. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, supporting both communal areas and individual living spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of cleaning and laundry services.
• Clean residents' communal and private living spaces.
• Follow policies and procedures to ensure areas are sanitised, safe, and hazard‑free.
• Adapt to a variety of tasks throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning.
• Knowledge of chemical handling and safe usage.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Friendly, respectful attitude toward residents.
• Attention to detail and a passion for safety.
• Ability to work rostered shifts.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
