Host – Guest Services

About the role

Join the Four Points by Sheraton team in Auckland as a Host, welcoming travelers and creating a friendly, seamless dining experience. You will be the first point of contact, guiding guests through the restaurant and ensuring their expectations are exceeded.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, explain the outlet and its offerings.
• Guide guests through the dining area and provide assistance as needed.
• Manage food‑and‑beverage bookings and enquiries with attention to detail.
• Deliver friendly, genuine service throughout the entire guest journey.
• Support the Food & Beverage team with general operational tasks.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new guests to encourage repeat bookings.

Required profile

• Current RSA certification.
• Relevant experience in a similar host or front‑of‑house role.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
• Enthusiastic about career growth and self‑motivated in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solution‑oriented with a can‑do attitude.
