Graphic Designer – Mandarin Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer who is fluent in Mandarin to support our branding across online and offline channels. The role involves producing visually compelling assets that strengthen brand identity, support marketing campaigns, and enhance overall communication impact.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual assets for social media, marketing collateral, advertising key visuals, exhibition materials and other promotional designs.
• Develop creative concepts that align with brand positioning and communication goals.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity system to ensure consistency across all deliverables.
• Improve existing design templates to boost visual consistency and brand recognition.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and PR teams to support brand campaigns and advertising initiatives.
• Deliver design variations quickly based on campaign needs and stakeholder feedback.
• Balance creativity with user‑experience considerations to ensure visuals resonate with target audiences.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends and platform best practices, proposing innovative visual solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Graphic Design or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in internet, advertising or brand design.
• Portfolio showcasing past design work (required).
• Willingness to work non‑standard New Zealand business hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
