About the role

English 1 is seeking recent graduates and early‑career professionals to join its Graduate Program as English teachers in China. This full‑time, entry‑level role offers the chance to travel, gain international experience, and develop transferable skills while delivering engaging lessons to young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to students aged 3–16 using an interactive, immersive classroom approach.
• Deliver high‑energy lessons based on English 1’s award‑winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students build confidence in their English abilities.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus – sponsorship available.
