About the role

This Graduate Career Programme offers recent graduates an immersive, high‑expectation experience within a global food marketing business. Over 2–4 years you will rotate through 12‑month placements across key business units, gaining hands‑on responsibility and making an impact from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Complete ~12‑month rotations in areas such as Sales, Marketing, Agribusiness, Sustainability, Supply Chain, Technology and more.
• Contribute to strategic projects and own delivery of specific work streams.
• Receive continuous feedback and mentorship from senior leaders, a Grad Buddy and the GradMates community.
• Participate in regular reviews to align future rotations with your strengths and business needs.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong focus, ambition and integrity.
• Demonstrated curiosity and a desire to create positive change.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑moving, cross‑functional environments.
• Motivation to go beyond simply “getting a foot in the door”.
