Graduate Business Analyst

About the role

Vista Group is looking for a motivated Graduate Business Analyst to join our Auckland team. This entry‑level position offers immediate start for recent graduates and provides exposure to a modern tech stack supporting cinema‑related software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes for cinema websites, mobile apps, loyalty programmes and POS systems.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements for scheduling, vouchers, refunds, payments and staff management features.
• Support the delivery of cloud‑based solutions using Agile practices.
• Participate in testing, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (any discipline) ready to start immediately.
• Willingness to work hybrid, attending the Auckland office weekly.
• Strong analytical mindset and good communication skills.
