About the role
MyHR is seeking an Employment Relations Advisor to join a dedicated team that balances professionalism with a light‑hearted culture. In this role you will guide customers through complex employment relations matters, ensuring they receive confident, practical support.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver expert employment relations and HR advice, owning the full customer journey.
- Provide frontline employment law guidance and practical support on people‑related issues.
- Build strong relationships with customers, offering clear, commercially sound advice.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in an HR or Employment Relations advisory role with strong ER exposure.
- Sound knowledge of New Zealand employment relations legislation and its practical application.
- Strong technology aptitude and confidence in learning new systems.
- Excellent communication skills, delivering advice that is clear, warm, and professional.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, prioritising competing demands.
