Drive Thru Team Member (Full‑time, 36 hrs/week)

About the role

Join Mitre 10 Stratford’s busy Drive Thru area as a full‑time Team Member. You will work 36 hours per week, including weekends, helping customers receive the right products quickly and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist Drive Thru and trade customers with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Support customers in product selection, loading, and general enquiries.
• Safely load and unload building materials and bulk products.
• Keep the Drive Thru, yard and surrounding areas clean, tidy and well organised.
• Assist with stock movement and day‑to‑day store operations while following health and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Good physical fitness with confidence in regular heavy lifting.
• Full NZ driver licence (essential).
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first attitude.
• Reliability, punctuality and availability to work Saturdays.
• Previous retail, trade or yard experience is an advantage but not required.
