About the role
Join Skills Group’s Skills Institute to shape its digital presence across New Zealand. You will own multi‑channel campaigns, drive lead generation and conversion, and help connect learners with valuable education opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Generate, nurture and convert leads through email, social media and website initiatives.
- Manage digital journeys across CRM, e‑mail marketing, social platforms and website content.
- Use analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
- Improve SEO, digital discoverability and overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a closely related role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
- Self‑motivated, ideas‑driven and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
- Analytical mindset with proven experience using digital reporting tools.
