About the role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead client relationships and manage Meta advertising campaigns. The role blends account management with hands‑on creation and optimisation of Meta ads, supporting our clients across New Zealand and Australia.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their business goals and performance metrics.
- Review campaign results, prepare reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.
- Plan, create and launch Meta ad campaigns, including ad copy, graphics and basic video assets.
- Coordinate between specialist teams (Google Ads, SEO, development) and clients to ensure delivery of measurable results.
- Analyse Google Analytics, Google Ads and SEO data with clients and suggest optimisation actions.
- Assess landing pages and advise on conversion‑rate optimisation.
Required profile
- People‑oriented professional who enjoys communicating complex digital‑marketing concepts to business owners and marketing managers.
- Comfortable discussing performance data and making strategic recommendations.
- Willingness to learn and fill any gaps in Google Ads or SEO knowledge.
